History:

The aircraft was builtin 1985 and promptly sold it to a buyer in Michigan who  died. The airplane then sat in a hangar until 1998 when an IA purchased the airplane. He tore down and reassembled the engine to inspect for corrosion replacing some parts as needed. I purchased the airplane in June 2002 with a 100 on the airframe. I have flown it regularly, year around and it has always been hangared by me and all previous owners. In the winter months I keep the engine warm with a heat source in the cowling and an insulated cover draped over the cowling.

The airplane cruises between 160 and 170 knots while burning only 7.5 to 8.5 gph.

$79,500.00
